Terrible Service! Take your money elsewhere!
DO NOT BUY from bikeberry.com! Bad policy=bad customer satisfaction.
I purchased a bike for $630 and it arrived defective due to the front fork being bent to the point of not being able to even put the front tire on. So, not even being able to ride the bike you'd think that they would exchange the bike for customer satisfaction...NOPE! Seems customers satisfaction is not a priority. I have all chat transcripts, saved and on file, from 3 different days trying to get this resolved.
I have photos of the defect and the packaging it was shipped in. The packaging was perfect on arrival but in one of the chats they tried to say shipping couldve damaged it even though photos were already sent. In the first chat log, they wouldn't provide me with a return authorization. They do/say whatever they feel even if its not accurate/true.
Also, their return policy page states that they will refund or exchange a defective PRODUCT, and after 5 days of normal use. Remind you, I wasn't able to even test it for 5 days because its defective beyond rideable out the box. So what did they do? They state that the fork will be replaced because that's the defective "product", and that their warranty policy will override their return policy..HUH?
Here's the issue: I did not buy the fork as the "product", I purchased a brand new bike as the product. The fork happens to be a part of the bike but again I did not buy a fork. I spent $630 for a bike, NOT A FORK. At this point, Ive had enough, Ill NEVER purchase from Bikeberry.com again.
Well see if they honor their 1 year warranty if the need arises. So, they send the fork, and now I'm responsible for replacing the fork and fixing a brand new bike that I haven't even rode yet. I also had to disassemble the front brake just to be able to transfer it over to the new fork, its been a complete headache.
Bikeberry.com has awful customer satisfaction policy and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE! They didnt even offer any compensation for the hassleTERRIBLE!
Preferred solution: Compensation for time wasted and manual labor I had to put into fixing a new product I purchased. I would accept a partial refund of 30% of the purchase price of $630. That would be in the amount of $189 refunded back to me.

Verified ReviewerTHEY RIPPED ME OFF BUYER BEWARE
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!
On 09/20/2021 I placed an order with BikeBerry.com for an electric bike for my husbands birthday.
On 09/24/2021 I cancelled the order. BikeBerry told me that they could not cancel the order as it was shipped. That was it, not willing to work with me at all, I called UPS to see if there was something I could do they told me to reject the order. So I rejected the shipment from UPS (never even got off the truck) The item was sent back to bikeberry never delivered never touched and they kept $326.83 of my money for an item that was never even delivered to my home.
Never touched. How can any company justify something such as this? Unopened, never touched but you keep $326.83 of your customers money? I tried to work this out with the company on several occasions and they don't care.
They somehow justify stealing money from customers. This is not ok- in any way shape or form. This is bad business, this is stealing on all levels. I can see if the box was delivered opened and items were missing.
I can see if I had it for any part of the time.
I can also see maybe paying the shipping fee, but $326.83 for something I ordered and never even set eyes on the box. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Buyer beware- bad return policy they keep portion of your money

Verified Reviewer |Cdi not working
I believe the cdi is not working because I have power coming from the magneto(322) but when I tested the voltage coming from the cdi to the spark plug there was nothing. I just bought the 100cc 2 stroke engine and I'm very concerned I won't be able to get it started. also there was no instruction Manuel that came with the motor kit witch is kinda weird.

Verified ReviewerWarrenty
I was sent a bad motor that was constantly lean and it is burnt up two cylinders within 217 MI. I even have a temperature gauge so I can pull over and let it cool down which is very regularly.
I traced the seal leak to the main crankshaft seal which did not have a spring to let it seal properly. The bike has been broke down for over a month and I still have not had any warranty coverage on it. Bikeberry is claiming that I'm not a very good mechanic even though I've been working on cars and other Motors since I was 10. I even work in a shop.
And I do machine shop work.
And I revive old cars. But I guess that's not enough to take care of a little two-stroke even though I've been writing two strokes since I was about 12.
- To many cons to list
- Quick shippment
- Quality of parts
- Are a rip off company

Verified ReviewerBlackberry refuses to cover their warranty. They have blocked my phone calls and refuse to answer emails.
Bikeberry has refused to cover their warranty since I ordered the lemon motor on March 30th, and I believe I received it on April 2nd or 5th. The motor has never run properly.
I have found that the lean condition was caused by bad seals on the crankshaft which constantly caused the cylinder to burn up and overheat. And it also caused the motor to run with no power and at a very low speed. Much lower than a cheap stock Chinese motor. I reported to the attorney general and bikeberry claimed that I did not have enough mechanical skills to put the motor together properly.
I have been working on cars since I was 10 years old and I used to be ASC certified mechanic in the late 90s and early 2000s. I also have access to a machine shop.
Since about 2 months ago, bikeberry has blocked my phone calls and refuses to answer any of my emails. About 2 months ago is also when both the top end and bottom end blew up. So there is no way for me to get their warranty motor fixed unless I completely rebuild it and pay for all the parts myself.
I have already bought two new cylinders and pistons and gaskets. I also had to buy crankshaft seals and a magneto and CDI..
Preferred solution: Either replace the blown up motor as stated in the warranty, or a full refund so I can buy a better wildcat pk80 motor for half the price and double the value.
User's recommendation: Buy a wildcat pk80 motor for half the price and double the value.

Verified Reviewer |Warranty failure and calls blocked. No answer to emails.
Bikeberry wrote a response to the Attorney general's office claiming that I do not have enough mechanical skills to make my motor run even though I've been working on cars since I was 10 years old. I have tried to contact them many times over the last month and a half and they have blocked my number so I always get a busy signal when I call.
They also do not answer any of my emails. My warranty is still good till October I believe. My motorized bicycle is my only form of transportation. I have only been able to put on $225 MI since I bought the motor and received it in early April.
There is supposed to be a six-month warranty but I have been having to buy my own parts since about 2 months ago.
Now I believe both the top end and the bottom end are blown up. So now I need to buy a new motor even though this motor is under warranty.
User's recommendation: Order a wildcat pk80. That motor is much better than anything bikeberry has and much cheaper too.
Bad service and quality
I order from them to reduce hassles and shipping time that Id run into by using eBay or directly from China. They didnt get all my parts in the box.
I had to make several calls (a few I was hung up on after waiting an hour) they sent me an incompatible part twice and refused my return because it was 2 days past there 30 days. Definitely order from someone else, all the engines come from China anyway.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Get on eBay and pay half the price.

This is exactly what people need to read and see. Thank you for illustrating just how bad your customer service is and proving my point.
Read my original review post: I stated that the PACKAGE WAS NOT DAMAGED during shipping and I have photos of it that I have already submitted long ago to bikeberry.
Second point: this has nothing to due with an engine kit in the first place lmao.....why respond to me about an engine kit? Lmao laughable company and yet again showing just how bad customer service is and how much you don't give a *** about your buyers.
This is exactly what people need to see and read as you are proving my point of terrible policy and horrible customer service. 1st point: as I stated in my initial review, the packaging was not damaged during shipping and I have photos to show proof which bikeberry has already received from me long ago but doesn't matter because again its terrible customer service and ignorance on bikeberry's part.
2nd point: this has nothing to do with an engine kit as your response mentions........! A complete joke and laughable!
I hope people read these reviews before purchasing so they can avoid these issues. DO NOT BUY FROM BIKEBERRY!
