I ordered my bike in Jan. I took my time, read reviews (apparently they only publish the good ones on their web site) . After weeks of making sure it was exactly the way it was supposed to be, I took my test drive- back rim axle came out- they said user error, sent another. Now 8 months later, I am still buying parts - new sprocket cover, gaskets, inner tubes, TDI, spark plugs, ANOTHER rim - YEP - and never rode it yet!! They blame the user. Actually had a professional look at it and said it was junk but he tried and boom- junk!! still not started!!! Never buy from these guys!! you will regret it

Bought the Engine readybike, both mag wheels are bent call them several times emailed them several times finally called them didn't really give *** too bad I didn't live closer I could of straighened those rims out myself !! Arrogant *** and the bikes a Piece of Chinese aluminum ***

Had some head bolt issues but got that problem resolved locally at a great price. I now have all steel treads throughout engine since I will be running all high performance parts in near future. Great upgrade decision and very affordable. Thanks for your help

Fell Apart In Days!!! Don't Buy

The bike we bought literally fell apart within 2 days of riding it. My husband is a mechanic, so he knew what he was doing when he put it together.

When we asked for replacement parts, they claimed that was normal wear and tear and wouldn't replace them. When new parts were purchased from them, they broke again within 3 blocks of going down the street! Not sure where they get their parts from, but do not buy! They say they are guaranteed, but it is a scam to get you to buy from them, then the bike parts will fail and break within days and they will tell you they won't replace them because it's normal wear and tear.

So what they are saying is their products are not meant to last buy for a few blocks before they break...and that will be considered normal to them. How sad for them that their products are only meant to last 5 minutes.

Total waste of money. Buyer beware!

GigaByke came without parts , then Very Poor Support / Communications .. Bykeberry tech support needs support , they only shuffle papers in CA on these products made in India .

came in without assembly bolts .... these kids ( yes kids ) had no idea of sizes ,shape , thread count , metric ? , amazing they have no idea (dead or lazy brains ) of the the product they sell ... might be great but if any trouble these lefty coast excuser's ( never our fault ) is amazing …Byke is very coool looking ( still do not have all the parts ).....

but there communications ' Suck ' ..... Ikea has a parts list on even a $5 wall shelf , not anyone at 'bikebumble' (s) staff can't elaborate on what comes with the 'Byke ' made in India .

Bike Berry a poisonous berry!

I ordered a Mountain Bike that was marked as available. Got informed it wasn't and then went to the website where the one I originally ordered is still marked as available then picked another one that was available in red.

Then told that one wasn't available in the color that was "available" on the website. When I complained they asked them to rush ship it. this is what they replied "We will inform them of your request, although, we would appreciate it if you responded in a professional and respectful manner moving forward. We will email you back once we know more".

Their inventory is linked directly with Micargi. The bike I ordered last week is still showing available on their website! This company does not have the items in stock in a warehouse! Obviously this company is just a "computer" set up company that is just a middle company.

Their customer service is non existence and horrible at best. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! Tomorrow makes 1 week that I originally ordered my bike and still waiting on an email saying that it has shipped.

Next day shipping on bikes that are ordered is a complete farce in this case. GO TO AMAZON, NOT THIS CLOWN OPERATION!

Very bad customer service

I ordered my motor from bike berry and couldn't wait to install it. After doing the install I was impressed on how straight Forward everything was, after putting about four hours on the bike I noticed the motor was starting to make a loud ringing noise, I new this wasn't normal and the next morning I called customer support, they told me to tear the motor apart and find out what's wrong take pictures and email them in, I found some sratches on the cylinder wall and took very detailed pictures and emailed them to support if that's what you want to call them and never heard anything back.

Two days later they sent me a video on how to set everything up properly.

I did everything correct from day one, I didn't need more videos to tell me that, if I were you I would take my money elsewhere. This company obviously has major problems.

I ORDERED A NEW BICYCLE FRAME FOR A MOTORIZED BIKE.. A.

IT TOOK OVER A WEEK, AND ONLY BECAUSE I CALLED TO FIND MY ORDER STATUS.. THEY DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK.. SO I ORDERED A DIFFERENT COLOR.. B.

WHEN THE FRAME ARRIVED I HEARD A LOT OF METAL ON METAL CLANKING FOR THE BOX, AND SOME SMALL PARTS I ORDERED WERE COMING OUT OF THE BOX. C. I OPEN THE HEAVILY DAMAGED BOX, AND THERE IS NO, THAT'S RIGHT NO PACKING MATERIAL AT ALL.. SO ALL THE SMALL PARTS ARE FLOATING AROUND SCRATCHING THE FRAME.

D. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION THE 'STEER TUBE' (WHERE THE FORKS GO), IS CRUSHED. A BEARING RACE GETS PRESSED IN THERE, THE ALUMINUM IS SO THIN THAT ANY ATTEMPT TO RESHAPE THE FRAME WILL CAUSE IT TO BREAK, ALUMINUM DOES NOT BEND AT ALL, UNLIKE STEEL. E.

THE *** THAT I HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO GET THEM SEND A REPLACEMENT, IS UNACCEPTABLE I MY MIND. THEY WILL SEND A CALL TAG, WHEN THEY GET IT BACK IN OVER A WEEK, THEN AT THEIR CONVENIENCE RESEND THE REPLACEMENT , ANOTHER WEEK OF SHIPPING TIME... THIS BUILD IS FOR A CUSTOMER, WHO BY THE WAY IS REALLY PISSED. I ASKED FOR THE NEW FRAME TO BE SENT ASAP AND THAT I WILL PUT THE BAD FRAME IN THEIR BOX AND SEND IT BACK..

THEY ADMITTED NEGLIGENCE IN THIS ISSUE. BUT WILL NOT HONOR THE FACT THAT THIS IS REALLY HURTING MY SMALL BUSINESS.

THEY SCREWED UP BAD, AND STILL ACT AS IF THEIR DOING ME A FAVOR BY TAKING IT BACK WITH NO RESTOCKING FEE!! THIS OUTFIT IS A *** JOKE,, AND ON TOP OF IT ALL, THEY ARE 'OUT OF STOCK' ON 60% OF THEIR ADVERTIZED PRODUCTS (I WENT THROUGH AND CHECKED)

They are selling a falty rear hub kit. Tge brake is not designed for a motorized bike. It also needs a locking hub nut which they say it does not need wich made the hub fall apart after the first test drive. They also only do 30day warrenty. I ordered my Grandchild a Unicycle for Christmas from BikeBerry on December 10th; Unfortunately, My Daughter also ordered the same Unicycle from BikeBerry, only we didn't know this until, well, Christmas morning, when my grandchild opened the gift and said, "I got another unicycle!". Well here it is February 3rd and I call BikeBerry to ask how do I send this item back and get a refund. They said that it's too late for a refund. They have a 30 day policy from the date of purchase. Well, according to my calculations it's only 28 Business days since Christmas, and they aren't taking into consideration that it was purchased as a gift for Christmas. Sooo, PooPoo on You and Ba-Hum-Bug Mr. Scrooge. You get a BIG Piece of BLACK COLE in your stocking from this gray haired Granny~!!!

Don't buy from these guys!!!

Bought a Gigabyke from this company.

First of all the battery was cracked and it came in the wrong color.

Contacted company - battery and panels returned and company shipped new ones.

Put bike together - about 4 hours - rode it around the block and at 750w it was severly underpowered compared to our previous eGo bike that was 500w.

They lead you to think it's a US made product but it's cheap chinese.

Contacted the company to return and BE AWARE OF THESE CHARGES!!!

Restocking 15%, Return Shipping $340, and you had to pay their original shipping at $140 Total $675!!! to return a defective bike that originally cost $1300. You have to be kidding. Half the cost.

Called to ask for consideration and they wouldn't even extend me their shipping rates. Basically - tough luck buddy!

Poor QA, Poor Product, Poor Customer Service.

Don't risk it. Not worth it - my opinion.

STILL waiting for order..........

Found their site, found a kit with everything I need for not much more than Amazon parts I priced out... But saw their claim for same day shipping if order is placed before 3PM, all the extras pictured, such as the fuel tank and lines, made sense.

So I called on Monday 8/15 at 11:33AM CST (which is 9:33AM PST, their time zone), waited about 17 min to get someone which was fine because I wasnt going anywhere, asked a couple questions and received decent answers, and happily went to the site and placed. Total order was $259.

Didnt ship that day... Or the next day... Or the next day... Or the next day... OR THE NEXT DAY...

Have called them twice, explained that I could have received free shipping from Amazon, saved a little money, AND received them sooner. They said "Sorry" politely. I had to ask for a credit for shipping which they agreed to, and said they would make sure it shipped out that day (Friday, 8/19).

My UPS tracking STILL shows unshipped. So here I am.

My son saved his allowance all summer and used his birthday money as well to purchase a bike from Bikeberry. We received the bike and put the required fuel and it would not start. All it did was smoke. After about ten tries the pull chord broke from inside the bike. I contacted them to ask for an exchange and they first asked what type of fuel we used. I told them 91 octane with two stroke. Then they came back and said because we used fuel they could not take it back. Then they claimed that I was using my child to get a refund. I never once asked for his money back. All I asked was that they exchange the bike for one that works. HORRIBLE experience
