Bought a Gigabyke from this company.
First of all the battery was cracked and it came in the wrong color.
Contacted company - battery and panels returned and company shipped new ones.
Put bike together - about 4 hours - rode it around the block and at 750w it was severly underpowered compared to our previous eGo bike that was 500w.
They lead you to think it's a US made product but it's cheap chinese.
Contacted the company to return and BE AWARE OF THESE CHARGES!!!
Restocking 15%, Return Shipping $340, and you had to pay their original shipping at $140 Total $675!!! to return a defective bike that originally cost $1300. You have to be kidding. Half the cost.
Called to ask for consideration and they wouldn't even extend me their shipping rates. Basically - tough luck buddy!
Poor QA, Poor Product, Poor Customer Service.
Don't risk it. Not worth it - my opinion.
