They'll sell me a low-quality bike with a poor motor, and I want my money back because it doesn't even have all the parts that it's supposed to come with. Moreover, the bike won't go over 5 mph. I want all my money, including taxes, returned to me.

They just ripped me off. They have held my money for over a week Without even getting the product Is off of their shelves. Which brings me to their fifteen percent restocking fee. This is Called fraud

I ordered a set of rims And two bicycle engines Four parts. They had no intention Of sending me anything.

I ordered it friday At 2.am. It is Now thursday of the next week. While looking at the update status on their site It says that the order is unfulfilled. Which means they didn't even pull it off the shelf.

As I said , no intention of sending me what I ordered. When I contacted the local Police. They informed me of a case number and to contact my lawyer. For a civil suit because there is a class action going on.

Or.

About to be going on. They said there have been numerous complaints which warrants an Investigation.

Please do not fall for what I fell for take it from me.It's not worth losing your Well earned money for A scandalous company To steal from you. Please Have happy holidays And may your god bless you.

Terrible Service! Take your money elsewhere!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

DO NOT BUY from bikeberry.com! Bad policy=bad customer satisfaction.

I purchased a bike for $630 and it arrived defective due to the front fork being bent to the point of not being able to even put the front tire on. So, not even being able to ride the bike you'd think that they would exchange the bike for customer satisfaction...NOPE! Seems customers satisfaction is not a priority. I have all chat transcripts, saved and on file, from 3 different days trying to get this resolved.

I have photos of the defect and the packaging it was shipped in. The packaging was perfect on arrival but in one of the chats they tried to say shipping couldve damaged it even though photos were already sent. In the first chat log, they wouldn't provide me with a return authorization. They do/say whatever they feel even if its not accurate/true.

Also, their return policy page states that they will refund or exchange a defective PRODUCT, and after 5 days of normal use. Remind you, I wasn't able to even test it for 5 days because its defective beyond rideable out the box. So what did they do? They state that the fork will be replaced because that's the defective "product", and that their warranty policy will override their return policy..HUH?

Here's the issue: I did not buy the fork as the "product", I purchased a brand new bike as the product. The fork happens to be a part of the bike but again I did not buy a fork. I spent $630 for a bike, NOT A FORK. At this point, Ive had enough, Ill NEVER purchase from Bikeberry.com again.

Well see if they honor their 1 year warranty if the need arises. So, they send the fork, and now I'm responsible for replacing the fork and fixing a brand new bike that I haven't even rode yet. I also had to disassemble the front brake just to be able to transfer it over to the new fork, its been a complete headache.

Bikeberry.com has awful customer satisfaction policy and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE! They didnt even offer any compensation for the hassleTERRIBLE!

Preferred solution: Compensation for time wasted and manual labor I had to put into fixing a new product I purchased. I would accept a partial refund of 30% of the purchase price of $630. That would be in the amount of $189 refunded back to me.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from this crooked company and save yourself the troubles

This is exactly what people need to read and see. Thank you for illustrating just how bad your customer service is and proving my point.

Read my original review post: I stated that the PACKAGE WAS NOT DAMAGED during shipping and I have photos of it that I have already submitted long ago to bikeberry.

Second point: this has nothing to due with an engine kit in the first place lmao.....why respond to me about an engine kit? Lmao laughable company and yet again showing just how bad customer service is and how much you don't give a *** about your buyers.

Jason T Hni

This is exactly what people need to see and read as you are proving my point of terrible policy and horrible customer service. 1st point: as I stated in my initial review, the packaging was not damaged during shipping and I have photos to show proof which bikeberry has already received from me long ago but doesn't matter because again its terrible customer service and ignorance on bikeberry's part.

2nd point: this has nothing to do with an engine kit as your response mentions........! A complete joke and laughable!

I hope people read these reviews before purchasing so they can avoid these issues. DO NOT BUY FROM BIKEBERRY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!

On 09/20/2021 I placed an order with BikeBerry.com for an electric bike for my husbands birthday.

On 09/24/2021 I cancelled the order. BikeBerry told me that they could not cancel the order as it was shipped. That was it, not willing to work with me at all, I called UPS to see if there was something I could do they told me to reject the order. So I rejected the shipment from UPS (never even got off the truck) The item was sent back to bikeberry never delivered never touched and they kept $326.83 of my money for an item that was never even delivered to my home.

Never touched. How can any company justify something such as this? Unopened, never touched but you keep $326.83 of your customers money? I tried to work this out with the company on several occasions and they don't care.

They somehow justify stealing money from customers. This is not ok- in any way shape or form. This is bad business, this is stealing on all levels. I can see if the box was delivered opened and items were missing.

I can see if I had it for any part of the time.

I can also see maybe paying the shipping fee, but $326.83 for something I ordered and never even set eyes on the box. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They sent me the fenders after 4 days. I should have given 5 stars but i will stick with 4 rating.

Cdi not working

I believe the cdi is not working because I have power coming from the magneto(322) but when I tested the voltage coming from the cdi to the spark plug there was nothing. I just bought the 100cc 2 stroke engine and I'm very concerned I won't be able to get it started. also there was no instruction Manuel that came with the motor kit witch is kinda weird.

If you have a warently they will replace that part or if you dont you can easily buy a new cdi. They arent that expensive.

TAHNEE M Jba

I had the worst experience with this company- Good luck in dealing with them and their policies.

BikeBerry

Hello Collin, we appreciate your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We would like to get this issue resolved for you. If the engine is not starting and you are not getting any spark, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. 1. Carburetor choke: If the engine is cold, ensure that the choke lever is up.

If the engine is hot, ensure that the choke lever is down. 2. Possibly flooded engine (Excess fuel inside the engine): This can occur if fuel valve is left open while the engine is off for long period.Turn fuel to off position and try starting engine with throttle wide open. In some cases, it is required to remove the spark plug and allow the fuel to evaporate overnight.

3. Check spark plug: Replace if black and worn electrode is found. Check if spark is being generated from the spark plug. To check: remove the spark plug from head of engine and leave connected to the CDI.

Ground the spark plug by making contact between the spark plug and the cylinder fins, turn the engine over by spinning rear wheel and inspect to see if the spark is generating from the spark plug.If spark is present: Reinsert spark plug in the cylinder, turn the fuel valve to the OFF position and turn engine over repeatedly to clear a possible flooded cylinder. If the engine still does not start, go to step #8. If spark is not present: Proceed to step #4. Video Instructions Here- Checking Spark 4.

Check blue and black wire connections coming from motor to the connections to CDI module. If secure and tight, remove kill switch wire completely and see if spark plug now has spark. To check for spark, remove spark plug from head of engine, with spark plug making contact with cylinder fins, spin rear wheel and see if spark is generating. If spark plug now has spark, inspect kill switch wires for an unwanted ground. If spark plug still has no spark, proceed to next step.

5. Check magneto coil with an ohm meter. Set Ohms meter to 2K or 2000 setting. Place Ohms meter positive and negative contacts to contact points on top of magneto.

Ohms meter reading should read 300 to 380 ohms across the blue and black contact points. Also check for loose contacts and/or high corrosion. Then CDI should be between 6 to 8 ohms. If open or shorted magneto coil is found, replace magneto coil.

If magneto coil is good, it is possible that the magneto is not properly grounded to the engine due to the epoxy coating on the magneto. Using fine grit sand paper, lightly sand the underside of the magneto before re-installing the magneto.

Please reach out to us at Bikeberry.com so we can look into the issue for you and get you out on the road. Best Regards,

Warrenty

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was sent a bad motor that was constantly lean and it is burnt up two cylinders within 217 MI. I even have a temperature gauge so I can pull over and let it cool down which is very regularly.

I traced the seal leak to the main crankshaft seal which did not have a spring to let it seal properly. The bike has been broke down for over a month and I still have not had any warranty coverage on it. Bikeberry is claiming that I'm not a very good mechanic even though I've been working on cars and other Motors since I was 10. I even work in a shop.

And I do machine shop work.

And I revive old cars. But I guess that's not enough to take care of a little two-stroke even though I've been writing two strokes since I was about 12.

BikeBerry

Hello Raymond, we appreciate your most recent feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We would love to further assist you and solve this problem for you. For 2-stroke standard engines, we recommend using an oil to fuel ratio of 16:1 (8oz of oil/gal of gas) during the break-in period, and a ratio of 20:1 (6 oz of oil/gal of gas) after the break-in period. You can use the standard 87 gas at the gas station or even the 91, whichever you prefer, but normal gasoline will be fine. We recommend synthetic blend or full synthetic for the oil.

Note: Using too little fuel could result in the engine seizing over time. This could also cause parts to burn out and break. Please adhere to the recommended oil to fuel ratio.

Please reach out to us so we can look into the issue for you and get you out on the road. Best Regards,

Blackberry refuses to cover their warranty. They have blocked my phone calls and refuse to answer emails.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bikeberry has refused to cover their warranty since I ordered the lemon motor on March 30th, and I believe I received it on April 2nd or 5th. The motor has never run properly.

I have found that the lean condition was caused by bad seals on the crankshaft which constantly caused the cylinder to burn up and overheat. And it also caused the motor to run with no power and at a very low speed. Much lower than a cheap stock Chinese motor. I reported to the attorney general and bikeberry claimed that I did not have enough mechanical skills to put the motor together properly.

I have been working on cars since I was 10 years old and I used to be ASC certified mechanic in the late 90s and early 2000s. I also have access to a machine shop.

Since about 2 months ago, bikeberry has blocked my phone calls and refuses to answer any of my emails. About 2 months ago is also when both the top end and bottom end blew up. So there is no way for me to get their warranty motor fixed unless I completely rebuild it and pay for all the parts myself.

I have already bought two new cylinders and pistons and gaskets. I also had to buy crankshaft seals and a magneto and CDI..

Warranty failure and calls blocked. No answer to emails.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bikeberry wrote a response to the Attorney general's office claiming that I do not have enough mechanical skills to make my motor run even though I've been working on cars since I was 10 years old. I have tried to contact them many times over the last month and a half and they have blocked my number so I always get a busy signal when I call.

They also do not answer any of my emails. My warranty is still good till October I believe. My motorized bicycle is my only form of transportation. I have only been able to put on $225 MI since I bought the motor and received it in early April.

There is supposed to be a six-month warranty but I have been having to buy my own parts since about 2 months ago.

Now I believe both the top end and the bottom end are blown up. So now I need to buy a new motor even though this motor is under warranty.

User's recommendation: Order a wildcat pk80. That motor is much better than anything bikeberry has and much cheaper too.
